Terms & Conditions
Cruise Career Navigators Enrollment Policy
1. Purpose of Payment
1.1. Educational Fees: All fees paid to Cruise Career Navigators are strictly for vocational training, digital course access, and instructional materials.
1.2. No Recruitment Fees: Payment is NOT a recruitment, placement, or "agent" fee. Cruise Career Navigators is an educational entity, not a manning agency. Fees do not guarantee employment or priority in hiring.
2. Employment & Timeframe Disclaimer
2.1. No Job Guarantee: While we provide industry-standard skills, Cruise Career Navigators does not guarantee or promise employment upon completion of any course.
2.2. No Specific Timeframe: There is no guaranteed timeline for when a student might be contacted for an interview or receive a job offer. The hiring cycle depends entirely on external cruise line requirements.
2.3. Third-Party Decisions: The final decision to hire rests solely with the employer. Cruise Career Navigators has no influence over their selection criteria or final vetting process.
3. Online Course Access & Technical Requirements
3.1. Access Period: Students will receive access to the online learning platform for the duration specified at enrollment. Access is personal and non-transferable.
3.2. Technical Responsibility: Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware (computer/smartphone) and stable internet connectivity to complete the modules.
3.3. Digital Conduct: Students must maintain professional decorum in all online forums, chats, and live sessions. Any form of cyber-harassment or "spamming" will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Copyright: All course content, including videos, PDFs, simulated workflows, and lesson plans, are the intellectual property of Cruise Career Navigators.
4.2. Prohibited Sharing: Students are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading (unless permitted), or sharing course materials with third parties. Violation of this clause will lead to legal action and permanent blacklisting from our database.
5. Database Inclusion & Referral "Privilege"
5.1. The Talent Database: Upon successful completion and certification, students are added to the Cruise Career Navigators Professional Talent Database as a complimentary benefit.
5.2. Information Sharing: By enrolling, the student grants permission for Cruise Career Navigators to share their professional profile and CV with our network of international recruiters.
5.3. Application Autonomy: Students are encouraged to apply for jobs independently. Our internal submission system is a support tool and does not restrict your right to pursue other opportunities.
6. Liability Post-Interview
6.1. Interview Outcomes: Our responsibility concludes once an interview has been successfully facilitated. We are not liable for the outcome of the interview or the candidate's performance.
6.2. Post-Hiring Logistics: Cruise Career Navigators is not responsible for any events, contract disputes, or logistical issues (visas, medicals, flights) that occur after a student accepts a job offer from a third-party employer.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
7.1. Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of the content, once a student has logged into the course platform and accessed the modules, fees are non-refundable.
7.2. Course Transfers: Requests to transfer enrollment to a future date or a different course must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the course start date and are subject to an administrative fee.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions above. I specifically acknowledge that Cruise Career Navigators is a training provider and has made no promises or guarantees regarding my future employment.
